I saw a heap of concerts while in beautiful Van and, in true blog tradition, I've decided to pick out the best. I'll add a little detail when I've got the time.

5. Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks - Richards on Richards, June 19
Although I quite like a lot of Pavement material, my main motivation for attending this gig was to make my mate Glen jealous. Turned out to be a pretty darn good gig.
